Joan Levy Hepburn recently installed her artwork at the 19 Bella Restaurant in Cedars Pensylvania.  See the pictures below.  Joan will be having an artist's reception at 4:00 PM.  At 7:30 there will be acoustic duo concert with Joe Bouchard and Joan playing classic rock hits and deep album cuts from Blue Öyster Cult and Joe's solo albums.  The event is open to the public and all ages are welcome.
